New sliding glass door

They left a brochure with information, were informative without being pushy or having me and didn’t press me to make an immediate decision or say that “all my neighbors” were using them. I received a call a few days later to see if I was interested, so I set up an appointment for a consultation. Mike came to the house, explained the company and product in detail, and what I would be getting with a purchase from their company. The door arrived sooner than expected, and the men who installed it were very professional, talked me through everything they were doing and made sure the entire door and frame was installed successfully while cleaning up everything afterwards. Illinois Energy made it a very easy decision to purchase my new sliding glass door. I was not pressured to make a purchase. I did not have to go to several stores to find the door I wanted or find the contractors to install the door. It comes with a lifetime warranty, which can be passed along to the next owner. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend their company! Love my new door!!
