The windows look fresh and the installation process was easy. They look great and are much better than our name brand Pella windows that we previously had. We appreciated the great customer service and follow up. We are planning to replace the rest of the windows in our house in the future with Illinois Energy Windows. We highly recommend these windows to other home owners. Our sales rep Jason was courteous and professional through the whole process.
