Great products and installation
The salesman, Jerret, was very patient, explained all our options, listened to what we wanted, and spent the time to craft products that fit our needs. Installers were great as well. Wonderful people that came, worked hard, and were very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Excellent company
Illinois Energy is a top tier windows and siding company, and we highly recommend them for any windows and siding related projects. We had the pleasure of working with Advertising Director Joe, who was extremely knowledgeable and quite helpful in the decision making process. Our window installers did a wonderful job. Window replacement experience
We have been using Illinois Energy for 20 plus years They’ve installed our siding 2002 and then in 2023 I used them for installing half of our windows and Some interior doors and exterior doors including replacing my sliding glass door plus a bay window. I most recently used them this year in March of 2024 to install the rest of my windows which they just completed. I can’t tell you how much I love working with them from Tom Burke the Project salesman to everyone in the office for the ordering and installation and scheduling process. Everyone is so very professional and easy to work with including their installers. As you can see I have been a repeat customer for years and I highly recommend Illinois Energy for anyone’s next project for all of your Windows, doors as well as roofing needs which they just added. One more selling point: the windows including screens and their siding are guaranteed for life and transferable I will not hesitate in using Illinois Energy again They are a very reliable company with people working there a long time. Having used IE in the past and being pleased with the quality of the product, we reached out again for new windows and front door. Illinois Energy
Illinois Energy Windows and Siding was a referral a few years ago, and was very pleased with the quality of windows and this company has installers on site. No third party involved. Illinois Energy provides all parts and labor with a lifetime warranty, not many companies provide this guarantee. I recently contacted them again to install all the windows in my home. Again was provided the (non-prorated, transferable, parts and labor lifetime warranty) on all 8 windows. The in-house installers were efficient and meticulous in their work. They used drop cloths throughout the 1st and 2nd floor. If you are looking for Windows, look no further than Illinois Energy Windows!

New sliding glass door
Illinois energy and their employees are very professional, friendly, and efficient. My first interaction with them was two young sales men who knocked on the front door. They left a brochure with information, were informative without being pushy or having me and didn’t press me to make an immediate decision or say that “all my neighbors” were using them. I received a call a few days later to see if I was interested, so I set up an appointment for a consultation. Mike came to the house, explained the company and product in detail, and what I would be getting with a purchase from their company. The door arrived sooner than expected, and the men who installed it were very professional, talked me through everything they were doing and made sure the entire door and frame was installed successfully while cleaning up everything afterwards. Illinois Energy made it a very easy decision to purchase my new sliding glass door. I was not pressured to make a purchase. I did not have to go to several stores to find the door I wanted or find the contractors to install the door. It comes with a lifetime warranty, which can be passed along to the next owner. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend their company! Love my new door!!
Great Experience
Great sales and installation. Very thorough and detailed. Even a winter door installation went very well, with a plastic barrier to keep out the cold. Very professional. Appreciated follow up call a few weeks later.
