We had a great experience with IE! We will be using them again for additional window replacements and also gutters and siding when the time comes. Overall they were very easy to deal with and communicated perfectly.

Amazing customer service
Illinois Energy Windows and Siding was phenomenal to work with. Everything from the sale to the installation-could not have gone any smoother. The installation was done in sub-zero temps and a snow storm. Everyone we have had contact with at this company has been friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again.
Beautiful New French Doors!
My doors look like something out of HGTV. Beautiful Black French Doors add an amazing curb appeal and aesthetic. Upgraded from a single aluminum door with two sidelights, and was also cold every winter. Now, these puppies are starting to pay themselves back with my energy cost savings (no pun intended). Intallation was seamless, and professional and took less than a day. Even our neighbors are complimenting us on them. Thanks Illinois Energy!
Best Home Improvement Project!!
The day of installation was my greatest anticipation. Max, the Forman and Edgar his partner were the 2 men who successfully removed 19 Windows and a Patio Door greater than 50 years old and replaced them with the innovative technology of the Worthington Windows/Patio Door. I have never witnessed teamwork between 2 men as I saw in Max and Edgar. I was skeptical at first. I thought to myself how on earth are these two men going to get a job of this size done in 2 days. The synergy and partnership between Max and Edgar were unmatched. It was artful to watch. They caulked windows like they were using a paint brush and creating art. You have to see the integrity of their work to believe it. They were respectful of my home. I expected dust and debris everywhere. To my surprise, it was the exact opposite. They went room to room and cleaned every step of the way. My biggest job was putting the furniture back in place, but there was very little dust and cleaning to do. Their experience for the work was obvious. They took pride in their jobs and they did not skip steps. It was by far the best Home Imp

Sales was very helpful in walking us through the process and options. The installers were excellent. They worked fast, clean, and efficiently. They answered all questions we had. They were very respectful. We are very happy with the work done and plan to eventually have the remainders of our windows replaced by IL Energy.

The customer service of Illinois Energy is top notch! We went through 5 years with this company doing our windows in sections. Every year they were great. It didn't matter which service techs came out. They clean up after themselves too which is awesome!!

I recently had new windows, patio doors and front doors and storm doors installed at both at my home and a condo we own. We are beyond thrilled with the final product, installers, and service personnel. Our Salesman, Tom was excellent as well and very fair and accommodating! We highly recommend this company!
