It began with a presentation from our Sales Rep. Derek who explained everything to us in great detail. We were given everything as promised from beginning to end and on time! Office Staff including Shelby were always friendly and professional. We love our new windows.
Great Experience
This is our 3rd experience with them, and I'm so glad that we went with them! The windows are really high quality, and they make sure they take care of you from start to finish. They always respond when I have questions. The biggest benefit is the quality of the product and the warranty. We were going to go with someone cheaper, and I'm so glad we didn't. These are top notch windows and our energy bills have already been reduced by switching to these.
Excellent Windows installation
I was told my windows would be installed at 8:30 am and the installation and installers were on time and completion within 4 hours. They did an excellent job outside and inside. I am very happy with the results.
Sliding Patio Door
As usual, Illinois Energy provided a great product and customer service. I've used them for years and they never disappoint. From their friendly staff, to top of the line warranty, you will not be disappointed either.
Excellent company to work with - excellent window!
Illinois Energy was a great company to work with. Everyone from the estimator, to office personnel and installers were professional, on-time and knowledgeable. Installers did an great job and were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. We could not be happier with the windows or with this company. Thank you for a job extremely well done!
Window replacement
Had a great experience from beginning to end! We signed the contract on the day we had our quote because we were sold! The guy we talked to was so easy to get along with and made the process seamless. The installer men were very professional and they were finished within 6 hours with just 2 guys, very impressive. There was a small problem after install but the office ladies I spoke with were so kind and understanding and had a service guy out within 24 hours of my phone call. We are amazed with the work and are so happy to have done business with Illinois energy
Door Installation
I purchased a new exterior back door with screen door. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff was professional. The installation team did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Illinois Energy.
We love our new front door
We had our door installed in the dead of winter. Brr.....but the guys that came for the install were professional, considerate, and freaky fast! So happy we decided to invest in our new door, no longer will I need to worry about ice forming on the inside of our door. This door is well insulated.
French Doors
The salesman came over and showed us all of our options and they were all great. They came on time to install the French doors and did an amazing job. Cleaned up their mess like they weren't even there. There used to be a bad draft, but now I don't feel a thing of air which makes my heating a lot easier. I will be hiring them to do all my windows and back door soon.
