IL Energy window replacement
We contacted IL Energy because a previous homeowner used the company in the past and were very satisfied. We are so glad we did. We had 2 sliding windows replaced and the new front windows look great. We appreciate the time and effort staff took to help us select the right windows. Our sales rep was so knowledgeable about the product and company warranty. Staff was easy to talk to and access by phone. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule and determine the best date of installation. It was a warm day, but staff worked tirelessly with great skill and courtesy. We would highly recommend IL Energy.

Working with Illinois Energy was the best decision we could have made for replacing our patio door! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive and went above and beyond to make everything work for us. The free estimate visit was booked quickly and their knowledgeable and friendly salesman was honest and transparent about their products and pricing as well as competitors. The day of installation was a breeze as all the work was completed in the morning and a minor unexpected discovery led to no additional charges at all. The customer service was excellent as they followed up to make sure everything went smooth. The incredible and thorough warranty coverage included with everything is truly the best peace of mind you could ask for. The leaking issues with the previous door are a thing of the past and we know this door will last us for the long run and save us a ton on energy costs. Wonderful experience for returning customer
I had all of the windows in my home replaced by Illinois Energy. We used them for some exterior doors several years ago and had such a good experience that we remembered them and called them for the windows too. The work is very high quality, the installation crew was prompt and efficient and even accommodating to me while replacing the window in the room where I work from home. Installation team arrived at scheduled time, verified work to be done. Removal and Installation of 13 windows was completed in 3 hours. The workers were professional and area inside and outside was clutter free and clean when they finished.

We have done multiple projects with Illinois Energy and have been very happy every time. Our most recent was our homes front door. They are always on time and courteous, the value and price have never disappointed and we will definitely be using them for future projects!
Amazing window company
The salesman, Paul Nicholson, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with setting everything up and helping us pick out what was right for what we needed. The windows are the right price for the quality of product and professionalism we received. They came out again before Installation to double check measurements and know exactly what had to be done. We used Illinois energy twice, and both times the group of gentlemen that did the Installation definitely exceeded our expectations. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, taught us how to use them, friendly, and communicated their time arrival and met they time window. I would absolutely recommend Illinois energy!
Great service and beautiful windows!
Windows and doors were installed within the time frame they told us. Service was super friendly. The installers did a great job and cleaned up beautifully after installation. They even stayed late to assure the job would complete in one day. We love our new windows and doors!
