Great experience with IEWS
We had a great experience with IEWS. Everyone we've talked to has been professional, friendly, and knowledge. We spent a lot of time with their sales rep. as he went over the product, install expectations, financing, and warranty. They communicated with us throughout the process, from the initial sales meeting to customer service after the install. The windows look fantastic, the install was very quick, and I know we have a great product that will last us years. Plus having a great warranty that is transferable is huge. We have more windows that will eventually need replacing, so we'll definitely be returning customers in the future.
Love our new windows
From the initial estimate, to the scheduling, installation, and follow-up, our entire experience was top notch. Joe came out for the initial meeting and estimate for five new windows and was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and in no way pushy. After deciding to proceed with Illinois Energy and Windows, a follow-up technician came by to double-check measurements. Our windows were manufactured and ready for installation several weeks early and Samantha made scheduling our installation super easy. Max and his crew (3 total) arrived right on time on install day and quickly got to work with laying down protective plastic and tape to keep dust to a minimum. We were told they should be able to complete the job in one day, but might need a second day depending on how the install went. The crew worked efficiently, but in a very thorough manner and ended by around 3pm. The team was diligent in cleaning up all of the debris and dust and made sure we were happy with the installation and had all of our questions answered before leaving. Beyond being very happy with the final installed product, I am most impressed by the organized and professional communication we experienced from start to finish. Despite interacting with numerous points of contact, it was clear that all were on the same page and up to speed on the project history and status. I would, without hesitation, go back to Illinois Energy and Windows for additional window replacements. Great job all around!
Absolutely Would Work with Again!
We needed our original 60-year-old back door replaced, the salesperson was very professional and patiently answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy and it never felt like he was in a hurry to make a sale and get out of there. We were confident, after this meeting, that Illinois Energy was the company we wanted. The salesperson was honest that it could take 6-10 weeks for the new door to be manufactured and installed. At one point, it seemed it was more than that, but we were just excited to get our new door. It only took 5 weeks! The installers were professional and really knew their stuff. They were very kind and courteous and got the job done in about 3 hours. We have a storm door that was new and didn't want to replace it. To be honest, we were a little worried that it may have gotten damaged when they were removing and reinstalling it, but, in the end, what put me over the top was that they reinstalled it perfectly AND re-caulked around the frame of the storm door at the house. It is so beautiful! The next day there was absolutely no buyer's remorse and we are still so happy that we chose Illinois Energy to replace our back door. We will definitely work with Illinois Energy again for our front door and windows in the near future.

Looks Like a New Home
We had a great experience working with Illinois Energy. The sales consultant spent the morning with us discussing the most cost and energy efficient windows for each room of our home. There was no pressure to upgrade or spend on additional features. We were shown a portfolio of nearby homes and competitive prices to help us make an informed decision. The office was in frequent contact with us prior to installation to ensure it went smoothly. Installation was completed in one day, and the installers were professional and courteous. The windows have been a great improvement to the look of our home, along with providing much better insulation and outside noise reduction. We would certainly recommend Illinois Energy to anyone else looking to replace their windows!

Window Replacement
We worked with Illinois Energy for new windows. The order process was easy and we financed with them instead of having to take out a home equity loan. Our windows were ready 2 weeks earlier than promised so that was a nice surprise and the installation was completed timely.
Window replacement of two rotten windows.
I was in need of having 2 large rotten windows replaced. Now how to choose a window replacement company? I've seen all the TV commercials for various providers. I was concerned about the installation as there was some rotten wood. I eventually selected Illinois Energy Windows, as the installer are not subcontractors. They were also able to configure a custom window that works better but still met the home owners assoc. requirements. Upon arrival the installer laid tarps all the way to where the windows would be installed. The installation went smooth and they actually cleaned up after. Check them out.
