Fantastic Company and Product
We have hired Illinois Energy for all of our window projects, and we have always been pleased with the quality of the windows and the excellent customer service. They just finished the last of our window replacements. We are already seeing better energy efficiency in our home and the noise reduction is amazing! We live near a busy street next to a train station, and we hear next to nothing since having these windows installed. Illinois Energy is an excellent company to work with.
Couldn't be happier
We most recently had a portion of our windows replaced on the back of our home along with our sliding glass patio door. From the time we sat down to meet with the personable sales manager to the incredibly respectful installation crew we could not have been happier. They arrived on time and left no mess for us to clean up. They knew what our needs were and were not pushy at all. The customer service department is very helpful and easy to talk to. Our windows and patio door are easy to operate and keep out the draft. We will definitely be using them again to replace more windows in our home.
Beautiful doors
Illinois energy. Remove my windows and replaced with French doors leading out to my backyard. They were very professional very helpful. Did an excellent job.
Upstairs windows
During the pandemic, we replaced our family room windows and sliding door. I shopped around and had 4 other companies come out and give us estimates. Illinois Energy Windows gave us the best price and had the best warranty. 2 years later, we went back to them to finish our upstairs. We replaced 8 more windows and again, price was reasonable. The workers for both of the times were very nice and really cleaned up after them selves. They moved all our furniture and returned it when they finished. This company has been around for over 20 years….they aren’t going anywhere! They also have the best customer service….this is a family owned business so make sure if you are looking for windows, support Illinois Energy Windows & Siding.

IL Energy window replacement
We contacted IL Energy because a previous homeowner used the company in the past and were very satisfied. We are so glad we did. We had 2 sliding windows replaced and the new front windows look great. We appreciate the time and effort staff took to help us select the right windows. Our sales rep was so knowledgeable about the product and company warranty. Staff was easy to talk to and access by phone. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule and determine the best date of installation. It was a warm day, but staff worked tirelessly with great skill and courtesy. We would highly recommend IL Energy.

Working with Illinois Energy was the best decision we could have made for replacing our patio door! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive and went above and beyond to make everything work for us. The free estimate visit was booked quickly and their knowledgeable and friendly salesman was honest and transparent about their products and pricing as well as competitors. The day of installation was a breeze as all the work was completed in the morning and a minor unexpected discovery led to no additional charges at all. The customer service was excellent as they followed up to make sure everything went smooth. The incredible and thorough warranty coverage included with everything is truly the best peace of mind you could ask for. Wonderful experience for returning customer
I had all of the windows in my home replaced by Illinois Energy. We used them for some exterior doors several years ago and had such a good experience that we remembered them and called them for the windows too. The work is very high quality, the installation crew was prompt and efficient and even accommodating to me while replacing the window in the room where I work from home.
