Love it!
We have a 9’ opening overlooking a golf course. We “inherited” Pella doors but the seals were broken and had cold air and even some frost come underneath the door last Winter. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding did our install in December, it’s now mid-February, and our house is well insulated with the new doors. We have a beautiful view and the sleekness of the new doors has enhanced the view. Friends and family have asked if we had the opening enlarged because of the effect. The staff, from salesman to office staff to installers were great to work with. We love our new sliding patio door!
Fantastic
We got a new sliding patio door. It looks amazing and I'm beyond happy with the final product of it. I had a great experience from start to finish. The kid at the door was who originally convinced me to give them a try. Then the man we met with who organized it all was knowledgeable and friendly (he was very good with chatty toddler) and the man who installed our door all by himself on a cold January day was effective and impressive. I'd highly recommend using them for whatever you may need. Great company and amazing product/work.
Repeat customer with a great experience both times
The truest measurement of customer satisfaction is repeat business. Our first project was in 2018 to replace an entryway and and few windows in the most dire need of replacing. We had always planed to have a second phase of the project to replace the rest of the windows, but didn't plan on that being almost 7 years later. Over that time I looked into specials being run by other companies but never felt like I was getting the full story. So when we decided that we didn't want to put this off replacing the remaining 9 windows any longer we reached out to the team at Illinois Energy Windows and Siding and I'm happy to say that they were just as good as I had remembered, if not better. The sales person was knowledgeable, we were kept up to date on the status of our windows and scheduling the install, and the installation crew was courteous, fast (but never seemed rushed), and thorough in their clean-up. We would not be happier with the process or the results of the project.

We experienced a company that provided excellent service from the point of contact. Garrett in sales, Jill and Jessica in scheduling , John and Adam the installers were very efficient and professional. Illinois Energy provided an excellent product and we would definitely refer anyone that needed any of their services.
Best Customer Service &Quality Windows
Illinois Energy exceeded our expectations. Like most people, we weren't super excited about spending the time and money to get new windows, but every team member we spoke with (Mike, Nate, Jill to name a few!) Was so incredibly kind, patient with our numerous questions, responsive, and helpful. They made the entire process a breeze, and we are so grateful for their help when we had some tricky HOA approvals to navigate. 1000% recommend this company- we felt like they genuinely cared about helping us, and not just another sale.

Outstanding windows and doors.
We've had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding do our windows several years ago. Beautiful windows and noticed an immediate reduction in our heating and A/C electric bills when they went in. Our old builder grade windows were not cutting it! Recently, we had them replace our back sliding door. World of difference. No more cold draft near the door! And its opens/closes easily.

The experience using this company has been amazing. The salesman didn't pressure the sale but provided the information in a very professional and thorough manner. The installers were very proficient in the removal and install of the new door. They did a great job and cleaned up the work area well. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Great sales man Tom. Spent a few hours with him and knew I was getting a quality product. I went to the store to see the product in person. I signed the contract the next day. I wish I knew the names of the installers. They did a great job. This company stands behind their product with a great warranty.
